03 · Process
How it works
Step 1: Send drawing or sample
A drawing, a dimensioned photo, or the old spring, plus quantity and material if you know it.
Step 2: Quote in 24 hours
Price, development charges if the run is below our usual minimum, and a lead time.
Step 3: Development sample
For a new part we make samples so you can try them in the assembly.
Step 4: Approval
You approve the sample. Production does not start until you do.
Step 5: Production
Coiling and forming, stress relieving, and end grinding where the drawing asks for it.
Step 6: Dispatch
Ex-works Talawade (transport not included).

What springs do you make?
Torsion, double torsion, tension / extension, compression, conical and spiral springs, and wire forms (clips, hooks and pins). Wire Ø 0.40–2.50 mm. We do not make rolling-shutter, agriculture or heavy springs above 2.50 mm wire.

What is the minimum order?
Usually 5,000–10,000 pcs. Smaller runs are possible with development or setup charges.

Yes. Send the unused spring if you still have one, and tell us where it is used. We measure it and quote within 24 hours.
Do you export?
No. We supply across India, ex-works Talawade. Transport is not included.
