Spring coiling and forming
Helices and bends from 0.40–2.50 mm wire. This is the work our unit is built around.
What it is
We coil torsion, double torsion, extension, compression, conical and spiral springs, and we form clips, hooks and pins. Wire Ø 0.40–2.50 mm. Outer diameter and free length follow the drawing.
How it works
The wire is formed into the helix or the bend on the drawing. Ends, hooks and legs are formed to the specified type. The batch then goes through our stress-relieving furnace. Ends are ground when the drawing asks. Plating and other finishes leave the building.
When to use us
When the part is in our wire range, the quantity is in the 5,000–10,000 pcs band (or you will pay development charges), and you have a drawing or a sample. We quote within 24 hours.
Limits
Wire Ø 0.40–2.50 mm. Rolling-shutter, agriculture and heavier springs sit outside this range. We supply across India, ex-works Talawade.
