We hold ZED certification. We are not currently ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certified.

What happens on this floor
Three things we do here, not through a vendor:
- Spring coiling and forming
- Stress relieving in our furnace
- End grinding, when the drawing asks for it
Plating and other finishes go out to partners.
02 · New parts
Development sample, then your approval
For a new part we make a development sample so you can try it in the assembly. Production of the bulk quantity waits on that check.

Tell us the spring type, quantity and what it has to do. Our usual minimum order is 5,000–10,000 pcs; smaller development runs are charged.
