Who we are
RK Springs & Wireforms is a brand of RK Enterprises, a proprietorship in Talawade,Pune. GSTIN 27BDSPK0577Q1ZL.
What we collect
If you phone, WhatsApp, email us or use the quote form, we see the number or address you used and whatever you sent — name, company, city, spring type, quantity, notes, drawings and photos. We use that to quote and to supply the parts. We do not sell it.
The quote form is hosted on Vercel. Files and enquiry rows are stored in Supabase (when those keys are configured). Notification mail is sent with Resend. The form check (Turnstile) is run by Cloudflare. Until those keys are added, a local copy of the enquiry is written on the server for testing only.
How long we keep it
Enquiry mail and drawings stay as long as we need them to quote, make the part or handle a later repeat order. Say if you want a drawing deleted after the job.
